Weight watcher episode
I am a new listener to your podcast and have fully enjoyed it up to this one. I am a”naturally” thin 57 year old woman. I was born this way, I have not starved myself over the years to maintain a 112# frame. I am physically fit b/c I enjoy moving my body. I was a child who never sat down. I have an issue with this episode b/c you did not have someone who represents us. I have been teased, envied , called names behind my back and told to leave a gym which I was a member of , b/c I didn’t need to be there. Women can be so cruel and unforgiving when it comes to body issues and no one knows that better than a naturally thin woman. Ask any of us. I will continue to listen to your podcast b/c I can relate to many of your topics but felt very strongly about you not showing all sides to dieting/ eating. I have not had to watch what I eat my entire life and have had 4 children all naturally. I will not apologize for who I am. Please keep the scale balanced with all issues. Thank you, Nanette Sent from my iPhone

Yessss. These ladies get it and fill the void between trendy youth culture and quirky let’s-wear-colored-eye glasses elder culture. We - the masses of relevant ladies in-between say: THANK YOU. Can’t wait to hear more! 🙏🏻👏🏻🙌🏻

I’m a little younger than the so-called target audience (mid thirties) and I still find it very easy to relate and connect to all the conversations. Wonderful selection of guests as well!

Smart topics, with sharp and engaging guest. Plus, every time Kim France laughs, a rebel angel gets its wings.
