Weight watcher episode
I am a new listener to your podcast and have fully enjoyed it up to this one. I am a”naturally” thin 57 year old woman. I was born this way, I have not starved myself over the years to maintain a 112# frame. I am physically fit b/c I enjoy moving my body. I was a child who never sat down. I have an issue with this episode b/c you did not have someone who represents us. I have been teased, envied , called names behind my back and told to leave a gym which I was a member of , b/c I didn’t need to be there. Women can be so cruel and unforgiving when it comes to body issues and no one knows that better than a naturally thin woman. Ask any of us. I will continue to listen to your podcast b/c I can relate to many of your topics but felt very strongly about you not showing all sides to dieting/ eating. I have not had to watch what I eat my entire life and have had 4 children all naturally. I will not apologize for who I am. Please keep the scale balanced with all issues.
