She currently works as a development director for the Community Land Trust Association of West Marin (CLAM), which works on affordable housing issues in a rural community. In the past, Stephanie was a co-founder of GIFT (Grassroots Institute for Fundraising Training) and was one of the organizers of the first Money for our Movements Social Justice Fundraising Conference in 2006.
