Ijeoma Nwaogu, PhD, author of Overcoming Imposter Anxiety, joins us to discuss imposter anxiety. Ijeoma has more than fifteen years of experience working in higher education across the United States. She was director of the Multicultural Center at Rice University in Houston, and an adjunct professor at University of Houston. Nwaogu received her doctoral degree in counseling and her master’s degree in college student affairs administration from the University of Georgia. She is the CEO of EVERLEAD, LLC, a leadership coaching and consulting enterprise. Nwaogu is a well-regarded speaker and has led numerous programs, conference sessions, and trainings across the nation on the topic of the imposter experience.
