Stacey Zolt Hara is the Global Head of Employee and Executive Communications for Visa, tasked with driving cohesiveness, culture and engagement for Visa's 21,000 employees. Stacey is responsible for amplifying executives’ voices to tell Visa's story internally and externally with a focus on inclusion, diversity and corporate responsibility.
She has spent the past two decades helping some of the world’s largest organizations, and their leaders, craft purpose-fueled stories that engage stakeholders in and out of their organization to believe and act on a shared vision for the future.
A storyteller at her core, Stacey began her career as a reporter covering the United States Congress and went on to serve as a communications advisor to US Senator Dick Durbin, Hillary Clinton and others. Prior to joining Visa in 2018 as Head of Corporate Reputation and Public Affairs, Stacey was Managing Director of the Corporate and Public Affairs practice for Edelman – the world’s largest communications marketing agency, with clients including United Airlines, Wrigley, Ancestry, Charles Schwab, Wells Fargo and HP. As both a communications advisor and executive coach, Stacey has partnered with C-Suite executives as they find their unique voice and navigate mission-critical moments.
