“I have been a fan of Lacy’s manifestation methods for the past two years, and was saddened listening to the episode with Jenna Zoe in which she stated that Being a feminist is a “limiting label” and actually creates glass ceiling, as well as using the word retarded in a deragtory sense (this has all since been edited out without any acknowledgement. This as well as statements she had made about privilege (it is just a “label” that should not be acknowledged as gaving any bearing on ability to manifest) sparked a controversy/thoughtful debate in the manifestation group about white privilege within the wellness community- many people (many POC) voiced anger/hurt as well as offering many resources for education on the topic. F+N went into pr mode and wiped/deleted everything, whole threads- and blocked anyone who commented on the issue not showing total support of her. Hundreds of members. Lacy posted several videos doubling down on her low-key racist views and posted a psa about bullying even though there was no bullying whatsoever in the threads (gaslighting) Please search the hashtag #notfreeandnative on instagram for more articles written detailing what happened and consider whether this is the kind of “spiritual advisor” that you want to support.”
