From the debris on the road, to the weather, to the merging, and downright lack of courtesy!!! There is no city in America worse than Houston, Texas when it comes to driving. Why does this city have the worst traffic? We have freeways with 6 and 7 lanes! The interstate i10 runs straight through the city. & fun fact if you did not know, the largest freeway in the country is i10. It runs from Santa Monica, California to Jacksonville, Florida. You think LA and Atlanta have worse traffic? HAH! Think again. GhiaLogic honestly and truly believes the reason the traffic is so bad in HTX is the lack of courtesy. If everyone was a bit more calm, empathetic, and patient... the tension would not be so high! Every time you get behind the wheel here, it is like a game of Mario Kart.
