“I like the premise of this podcast. And I appreciate the skeptical interjections. Although, they miss many opportunities to add additional skepticism, which is a bummer.
My main issue is that they get way too detailed into a story that reads like a high school freshman’s sci fi creative writing assignment. It’s a bad story, making hearing such a detailed play by play by play by play reading extremely tedious.
They could really improve this by summing up the gist of the story more quickly and sparing us the minute “and then she did this, and then she did this” details and increase the frequency of their skeptical interjections. They’re missing a lot of opportunities for critical thinking exercises.
I’ll give this another couple episodes, but if the tedium keeps up, I’ll be giving it a miss.”
