Finally real examples that you can relate to easily
I first learned of Kevin after a post on Linkedin and wanted to learn more about his study of procrastination and the 15 secrets of successful people. I like that each of these podcasts are only 10-20 minutes long. It can be a very dry subject but also in smaller snippets your are more likely to implement these techniques. Coincidentally it is very easy to listen to quickly in the morning or evening before bed or even in the car. He is the first person in this category that I really like.
