I found myself taking notes!
I have done a complete 180. I was a staunch advocate of the to-do list. I used to work from four of them – including the “someday, maybe list”. Unfortunately, the list only brought anxiety and stress, even though I had “captured” it on paper. All I saw was an endless list of undone items. I didn’t believe millionaires, entrepreneurs and highly productive people could make it to the top of their game without a to-do list. I wanted to know how they managed those lists. Now, I know better. I am so glad he has put the information he has been given in short, easy-to-digest, podcasts. I found myself taking notes on things I thought I had already grasped. With the Procrastination Cure podcast, Kevin was sitting right at my kitchen table. I appreciate the new format. I hope I can convince those that I have connections with to grasp just one concept from what he presents. It would make so much difference.
