#39 In the Spotlight: STEFANIE KUNZE about mobility opportunities and finding her personal career path within EY
Listen now
Description
Stefanie Kunze, Manager Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy, EY-Parthenon   “In any given moment, we have two options: to step forward into growth or step back into safety.” The American psychologist Abraham Maslow is credited with having said that. My colleague Stefanie Kunze seems to have made stepping forward a bit of a habit. She joined our Assurance in Germany right after graduating from university. Wanting to live and work abroad, she decided to go to Switzerland. Her assignment was meant to be for just one year, but instead of going back, she stayed on and applied for a local contract. A few years later, Stefanie decided on yet another bold move – to switch to a different service line. She did just that, and today she works as a manager, giving clients advice on how to transform and restructure their organizations. Join me in finding out what drove Stefanie to develop her career by not only moving to a different country, but also to a different service line. I will be talking to her not only about her achievements, but also her challenges and setbacks, and whether she regrets any of the things she’s done.
