Description
Scott Frasard is an experienced learning executive and has worked in government, academic, and corporate organizations in a global context. Scott has an M.Ed. and PhD in Adult Education from The University of Georgia and a M.Ed. in Measurement, Evaluation, Statistics, and Assessment from the University of Illinois – Chicago. At age 48, Scott was formally identified as being autistic. Since then, he has expanded his research to include increasing instructor acceptance of neurodiversity issues in corporate and higher education and evaluating the impact of teaching strategies in the neurodiverse learner population.
