So many better options out there…
Maybe if you’re just getting into true crime and have never heard of some of the most prominent case in the genre. Not a fan of the hosts - like others have said, the giggling and the endless cliches are very irritating. The stories are not well-researched and they have no unique perspective to bring to the table. There are so many better true crime podcasts out there; I would skip this one and check one out that actually puts an effort into researching the cases instead of reading one article and regurgitating the same information.

More reviews of Facing Evil
The stunning act on what the Sheppard’s did to Eric, their son’s murderer, is profound. My jaw dropped. I don’t know if I could have ever done that. I still believe and eye for eye. I guess that’s what your series is about! Going above the bar even when life goes against you. Bravo!

If this is half as good as root of evil then it’ll be the best podcast ever, these ladies are passionate, intelligent and born to do this ,

I loved Root of Evil and enjoy Facing Evil just as much. Each true crime story is told in a way that makes you look at things from a different perspective. It’s great!
