The flawed Laci Peterson episode.
I was kind of excited to find a potentially new true crime show. But the host’s fundamental misunderstanding of the fact that circumstantial evidence is evidence made the episode impossible to listen to. The trial was not “trial by media” the body of the evidence pointed squarely at Peterson. Their take on the Peterson case did not cast new light on the tragic case. It simply revictimized the family by offering a hypothesis that doesn’t fit the known facts.

The hosts do a great job of detailing these stories and it makes all these terrible crimes and murders more bearable to listen to. Love the hosts and the incorporation of their Hawaiian culture.
