After trying everything & realizing her son wasn't able to get the help he needed, Paulette risked everything to leave her home country of Puerto Rico. After devoting her all to her son, Paulette felt like the ultimate failure when she realized she was missing obvious signs her daughter was behind at school.  Paulette felt like she wasn't doing enough and it was all her fault.
