Listen now
Description
In June 2016, off duty Brevard County deputy Yousef Hafza had a traffic incident in Palm Bay Florida with Jose Montanez and Clarence Howard. The media called it a road-rage incident, but Montanez and Howard stalked the deputy for four miles after the initial encounter and the final confrontation took place. Deputy Hafza was charged with second-degree murder and attempted second-degree of the two suspects. The prosecution went to insane lengths to ruin Hafza's life, but a jury found him not guilty.
