When the gentleman attended the Catholic Church
I’m a traditional Latin catholic. I sing in a Latin Gregorian chant choir. You actually need to take voices lessons and spend hours of practice to sing our beautiful chants and hymns which are in Latin. For you to say there was no music in the church you visited you either went to a low mass or you are being dishonest. The extraordinary latin catholic mass is chanted. I’m also Ukrainian catholic by my father and being an eastern rite church their music is beautiful too. No worship bands no rock music, just respect, knowledge that you are in gods house and the Latin masses are jammed with families and all ages. And the Divine Liturgy are all based on the Bible. Try visiting tge latin rite, and a Ukrainian Catholic and Russian Orthodox Church some time. You will experience music that will drop you to your knees in tears.
