The issues raised in this podcast are resonating with me. Many years ago, while at a Hillsong conference, I was in a conversation where one of their prominent Worship Leaders and her husband, the Music Director, were expressing how they couldn’t even afford their own house even though they’d worked so hard on a number of albums. They were tired and overworked. Once I was at a private Pastors meeting my Pastor asked me to attend with him. Brian Huston was speaking. He used the term ‘cattle ranging’ as a method he deployed to manage people coming into his church. I was appalled.
