“Lexi and Nicole are good at what they do, there’s no denying that. I live for the deep dive discussions into our most beloved fantasy books. Something I’ve always appreciated about their analyses is the balance they bring to them and their ability to stay objective. It’s so important in creating that safe space for open discussion, and I know they’ve created that space for me. This is where I believe they have made something truly special - by forging an inclusive community that also serves as a safe haven for people, but particularly women. Especially when it comes to enjoying romance and spice in books, and I’m eternally grateful for that. Women are so often shamed for the things we love the most, so I knew this podcast was for me the moment I saw the name “Fangirls”. Building a place for fangirls alike to rejoice in our collective passions and interests - a place to celebrate and embrace that special part of who we are.”
