“I have known Kyle for over 8 years now dating back to college. We all knew he was destined for greatness when he dropped out of school to devote all of his time to developing scouting reports and grinding the tape of the 2013 QB class and declared to me that Derek Carr and Jimmy Garoppolo were going to be better QB’s than top 5 pick, Blake Bortles. And to “watch out for” Carr’s favorite WR target at Fresno State who he said was the best WR in the draft. We laughed at him at the time....some random dude from Fresno State would be better than Mike Evans, OBJ, Brandin Cooks, Sammy Watkins, Kelvin Benjamin, etc?! That “random dude” turned out to be Davante Adams.
In all seriousness, his rise up the fantasy analyst chain has been remarkable. He’s a great dude and works hard. I am ashamed to admit that he’s won our college buddies dynasty league 2 out of 4 years, but yes he has made some dumb trades and draft picks along the way.
I always have respect for K Yates and am so pumped to listen weekly to him and Ray deep dive into the dynasty space this offseason and beyond!”
