In today’s world the pace of change seems to be at an all time high, and it shows no sign of abating. We are seeing top companies such as Kodak, Blackberry struggle and their values fall, and at the same time companies such as Facebook, and WhatsApp become multibillion dollar businesses in under 10 years. To put that into context, both Sony and Whatsapp are valued at  $18 billion dollars, and Sony has been existence forever 100 years, has created thousands products, and has over 100,000 staff, whereas Whatsapp has been in existence for around 5 years, and have only 55 staff!
