“I’ve been following MJF for years on New Abnormal for years. The first episode, where she reunites with Rick was pure screech. Rick sounds like he’s on a mix of speed, alcohol and mass ego, and Jesse has a better mixing console thar found the screech frequency. I guess they got paid a lot to move the show over, but the first few episodes are way over the top. I get it, you want to be edgy, smart and funny, and prove it by laughing at your jokes obsessively - but please, stop trying so hard. Sleepy Andy was a good contrast to MJF, so far this is literally too far off the rails.”
