Informative, compelling, essential
This podcast has been on my radar for a while and I finally got to listen to it. Although a bit unnerving, the scenarios presented create a compelling urge to spent some time contemplating the necessities of preparation. A logical approach to a possible series of events that provides some insight into how a response would be formed by local and federal authorities and the difficulties people would encounter along the way to be able to survive in a post catastrophic environment. Lessons can be learned from other events in the not so recent past. San Francisco, Haiti, Japan and Hawaii for example. However, this podcast provides a condensed version with sufficient detail to be able to compel the listener to evaluate their own susceptibility to such events and consider the need for preparation to enable survivability. Well done.

Excellent pod cast on how it could all unfold with "the bit one" on the west coast. Thought provoking with its details of the after effects, preparations, etc. Concise and well presented, definitely worth a listen.Read full review »
