Love all of your work I’ve encountered so far. And your repetition of the ‘you do you’, ‘cherry-picking’, ‘buffet’ idea for advice has been so helpful to me. You’re both doing such amazing and groundbreaking work in this podcast. There is nothing else quite like it that I’ve experienced. I’ve just been trying to find the part in one episode where you guys recommend a yoga app- would love to know what it was so I can look it up!!
