Today we have a very special guest, Kamila Rollan, who is currently pursuing her PhD in Education at Cambridge University. Kamila's research focuses on international inclusive education development, and she also serves as a Teaching Associate, Research Assistant, and Supervisor for undergraduate students at Cambridge University. But Kamila's achievements don't stop there! She is the founder of "Education For All," a non-profit association in Astana, Kazakhstan that is dedicated to promoting educational access and professional development for children with special needs and disabilities. Her outstanding work has earned her recognition from prestigious organizations such as the British Council, Chevron, PwC, and Forbes, which named her to their 30 under 30 list. Kamila's work in social and educational inclusion, particularly in the context of diversity, has made her a well-known leader in Central Asia, inspiring countless people along the way.
