I enjoy this podcast for introducing me to a range of diverse topics. I especially enjoy the ones with Penelope Hemingway and the other historical topics - things I never would have thought of. Sometimes I find it a slight challenge to “translate” from American to English e.g. with different units for amounts, but I get the gist and it doesn’t take away from the enjoyment.

Every episode is fascinating and tremendously informative. I love the details about the lives of our ancestors and also the way mysteries are solved using fibers, construction, and knowledge about the way people lived. I look forward to each month.
