SLOW DOWN
I got like 5 minutes into an episode and was really interested in what was being said but I couldn’t keep listening because it was literally giving me anxiety trying to keep up with and process everything the host was saying. I don’t doubt that the quality of the research and conversations is considerable and I’m honestly frustrated at the way it’s being conveyed. Please, if the people who produce this are reading this article- tell the host to speak more slowly. He’s packing a ton of information into each minute without slowing down going into the next. I want to be able to learn and retain something. I’ll have to give it another go at another time but as I’m writing this I’m so frustrated. Maybe I can try to play it back at a slower speed in the future.

This podcast covers so many topics that are just beginning to come to the surface, and becoming mainstream before our eyes. It’s wonderful to listen to such like minded personalities, that educate and open a dialogue for so many issues. Entertaining, but enlightening... keep them coming!
