Let me sum this up for you so you don’t have to have to bother with this feelings >science blarney. The good, bad and ugly. Good - Don’t let other people or yourself stop you from doing anything. Live your life. (Obvious contradiction though in podcast unless that includes intentional dieting) Bad - Production values terrible. Resorts to crassness to conceal lack of oratory depth. Anti Science. Anti common sense. Repetitive. Lacks nuance. Each episode is basically you are blameless for anything, society is at fault. If you are struggling with this nonsense it isn’t because your mind is fighting the falsity, it is because you are repressed. Awful - Narcissism at its finest. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
