Weirdest way I made money
When I was in high school I babysat for this family of three boys. The mom asked me to cut up some watermelon for them as a snack...they all loved the way I cut watermelon into little squares. One day I was scheduled to babysit so I came over and there was a watermelon out. I started cutting it up and then halfway through the mom came into the kitchen and told me they actually didn’t need me that day but if I could finish cutting the watermelon that would be great. She said she would pay me for the full three hours that I was scheduled but that I could go home when I was done cutting. I literally made $60 cutting a watermelon 😂🍉🤑

Tori has been such a valuable staple in my financial education! I am so pleased to have her coming into the podcast space to continue sharing this VITAL info. Bye bye boring financial jargon and eye-rolling condescending adults shaming the millennial / gen z cohorts. Tori is a national treasure.
