For example, on a recent listen Michael was talking about how he feels a need to constantly be more aware of his editing and language to be more sensitive (gave the example of asking an audience to “stand up”). I get it, not everyone can, but we CANNOT go overboard with this stuff. I mean, I can’t jump OR dance. Fine! Laugh! Comedy needs to make a serious comeback. Social media is the tool used to virtue signal, use approved / forced language. Michael, rise above this nonsense. You’re incredibly intelligent and seem like a great guy. You can be great without the pandering.”
