A lightweight mirror for Self-Reflection
I like the show especially for its leightweight production enabling me as a listener to self-reflect my behavioral patterns along the go. The impulses given have been so practical so far, that it was easy to find similarities among my own day-to-day life. Thank you for producing this podcast!
