Enlightening
Loving the podcast! Thank you. Learning a lot on Emotional Intelligence and lately I’m fascinated by conversations on creating teams at work using mindfulness and applying emotional intelligence especially with the changes that have come as a result of the pandemic. These conversations have opened my eyes based on relationships we have with our colleagues and the dynamics involved when applying mindfulness. This is a training people in multinational companies would benefit from in which mindfulness with regard to employees tend not to be given focused attention due to large number of employees from different race, backgrounds and countries where the cultures are different.

Loving this podcast! As a life coach it is so refreshing to hear such these complex areas of being a human being discussed from all angles. Each episode so far has been funny, heart felt, real and speaking a lot of deep truth. I’ve definitely been recommending it to all my friends.

As you correctly stated, the pandemic has exacerbated all of our emotional weaknesses. You cover teachers’ role nicely. Please present ideas on including parents in the SEL program. Many of them would get an F even in normal times.
