Description
In this episode of the Fit For Golf Podcast I am joined by Adam Young.
Adam is a golf coach who specialises in skill development and motor learning.
He believes that there is no single best way to swing a golf club, and that providing golfers with appropriate tasks to complete and the correct types of feedback can be a very powerful tool for enabling golfers to self organise a functional technique.
Adam’s book The Practice Manual is one of the best books I have ever read, and I’m not just talking about golf books.
If you have any questions after the podcast please feel free to inundate Adam with questions on Twitter. His handle is @adamyounggolf
