Learned a lot
I love the dynamic between Frances and Anne. I have referenced several episodes of Fixable to other people. Their discussions on making meetings effective and wobbly trust triangles are highlights for me. I think this show works best when they are interviewing others rather than the original premise where they take real people’s dilemmas and try to fix them because I think most things simply aren’t “fixable” that quickly. Maybe it would be worthwhile to follow one person actively trying to fix an issue over the course of a few episodes.

What a fantastic concept to work through a real issue on the podcast. Loved the two I’ve listened to so far- very relatable issues that I can learn from and benefit from the solutions shared.

Nice to get something from TED that hits authentically for a change. Great rapport between hosts, refreshing approaches to keep a just-right perspective. Oh! And the word “wobble” is becoming part of my regular lingo now.
