Great podcast - real experts
I listen to a few aviation/plane crash podcasts as an interested layperson. I think these guys are authoritative and experienced and I’ve learnt things about well-known crashes which I didn’t learn from other podcasts. I especially like the minute-by-minute episodes where they do a detailed breakdown of the lead up to incidents. Some reviews on here are critical of their take on Boeing, but they are very clear that they’re not sponsored by them and I’ve enjoyed getting another perspective. It is quite detailed and nerdy - but if that’s your thing, then this is the podcast for you!

Great show, but I’m at a 121 carrier. Probably should have a current pilot on you show regularly to go over specific company ops. You can’t just say flight crews are complacent. Our procedures state when to do a wing check. We follow winter ops with checklists to a tee.

Keep up the full breakdowns of crashes- loved your step-by-step walkthrough of the Lion Air crash. One...Read full review »
