“I discovered this show via the Raggedy Ann episode, and I’m so glad they happened to cover it because otherwise I wouldn’t have found one of my favorite podcasts!
I always enjoy how they cover many nuances and difficulties putting a musical together as their what-went-wrong segments aim to tackle more than just the he-said she-said and which broadway diva is to blame. Though there is always plenty of drama to cover, it feels more like an exciting dive down a wikipedia rabbit-hole than a mean-spirted gossip session. Plus the humor and banter is unparalleled.
Marla’s pupdates, Jon’s tales from the Cats tour, and the occasional discussion of current queer topics never drags out the episodes, instead only adding to the welcoming atmosphere. And I excitedly await each new episode!”
