“As a child whose parents followed the advice of FoF and Jimmy Dobson during my adolescents, I beg of you- please look elsewhere for parenting help. Narrow, rigid, inflexible, judgmental, hypocritical, shaming advice that will harm your children. If you want to all but guarantee that your children will be in therapy as an adult and feel the need to separate themselves from you- then by all means keep listening. It has taken decades for me to get over the stuff my parents did at the instruction of this guy. There is way better help out there.”
