Food Heals but dairy doesn't
Really love the energy in this podcast and the high quality production. But I wonder why the first guest is a cook who, although talking about plant based food, was very clear that she is a vegetarian cook, not vegan. Given that casein in dairy is hugely carcinogenic and contributes to so many health issues, I find it surprising that this wasn’t addressed - especially as the podcast is called “Food Heals.” I did really like Chef Stephanie’s emphasis on whole foods, not the processed, non-meat versions. Just wished the dairy topic had been critically discussed. I encourage Allison and Suzy to push the envelope a bit more in what is a hugely promising podcast. Looking forward to listening to many more.
