Running and more than running
Jonathan doesn’t just interview the latest runner to win a hot race, and show up asking the same questions that have been asked on 3 other podcasts. Jon uses running as a jumping-off point for talking about what matters and what gives meaning. He asks different questions and frames them in unexpected ways that go beyond the surface. I appreciate how he approaches running in conjunction with community, environmental stewardship, the collective good. The podcast will make you think about your own why, and maybe do some things in your life differently as a result.

As a mental health therapist and a runner, I appreciate the depth of this podcast. It’s fascinating to understand deeper levels of motivations and stories of being human and running along the way. Thank you!
