Saved me in marathon training
I love this podcast. This year I trained for my very first marathon. Quickly into my training I learned that marathon distances weren’t for me but it was a goal I set for myself and I wanted to get through my long runs and this podcast saved me through these! They helped me ground down and push through, clear my mind and just run. It helped me get through the reality that the goal I had was probably unreachable done I adjusted and kept going, and helped me push through so many long runs I didn’t want to do. It’s such a wholesome podcast and I truly enjoy listening to it. I’m back into running post marathon ( I did it!!) and still listen! I think it would be cool if you interviewed average runners occasionally and also get a look into their experiences and how these questions relate to the more average, local runner. Might be cool for runners to hear from runners who might be struggling to just complete a run versus chasing huge goals. Just a thought. 10/10 recommend.
