You are not alone!
As someone who works in construction and comes from that world I don’t have a lot of people in my life who share my love of running. FTRL has been great for me to learn there is a community of people out there who share my love of the sport. I’m a middle of the pack marathoner, and the “no one cares” and “have fun with it!” Messaging in the show has been huge for me to hear from runners I admire. This show makes running feel more approachable for new runners and helps demonstrate that even the best runners in the world run 10-11 miles sometimes, your race times do not define you as runner. If you’re an experienced runner or new to running this show is for you. The stories and people featured in this show are inspiring and entertaining at the same time. I highly recommend this show to all runners!

Was one of my favorite running podcasts, but I’m not even sure what it is now. Last straw was listening to him discuss how “white men are the cause of all this country’s problems”.
