Can’t recommend enough
I’ve listening to this podcast for about a year and shared with several friends. I feel it’s important to say that this podcast changes lives. Everything about this podcast has reoriented me and my friends who listen. This podcast is deeply intelligent, at times humorous and playful, and full to the brim with music, quotes, and inspiration.

I was excited for the content but Ayana Young is a vapid, narcissistic host. Guests may be interesting people but she does not showcase them in any meaningful way. She spends more time virtue signaling. Yet another priveledged white female telling you how to think.
