Crassly Over Produced
Heavy-handed use of loud and intrusive music overlaying the story, use of constant fake ‘crisis’ moments to increase listener attention.... all the tricks main stream media uses to irritate the hell out of TV viewers now brought to podcasting There are much better crime podcasts from ‘amateur’ podcasters, such as the brilliant Casefile.

I used to hear this on SiriusXM and think it should be a podcast.... now it is!

And they’re the same. Over and over. The episode is only 20 minutes long, and with all those ads it’s about 15 minutes. I am so over hearing about Michael’s pod and book I would never buy it. Ruined one of the MOST epic true crime shows of all time. And I was so exited about it!

Save yourself the trouble and just listen to the show on Netflix with your phone in your pocket - the podcast is just the show without the visuals. The last episode had SIX ads for a 20 minute podcast!
