“I was very excited to listen to this episode because I think these experiences are so important to hear and share from all sides. Unfortunately I felt like there wasn’t much planning around how the conversation would be structured as it came across as clunky and almost awkward at times. The guest was also cut off quite a bit while she’d speak which I found odd as I would’ve liked to hear more of her perspective, although I do think they both could’ve benefited from deciding what to cover in advance, even if loosely. I also felt like the live listener questions at the end weren’t adding any real value to the conversation and probably should’ve been vetted ahead of time to add any real substance to the conversation”
