Don’t relate murder to indigenous culture
It’s racist. And plays into the “savage Indian” stereotype that white colonizers encouraged. Otherwise, great reporting on a very important and overlooked tragedy.

I had heard about the missing woman in Juarez , but I didn’t know much about it , I didn’t know this were teenage girls missing , as a mom this situation terrifies me , the level of corruption in this situation is unbelievable. I hope some one brings justice to the women one day .

I listen to many many podcasts and although I like most of the ones I listen to, only few stay with me and leave an impact. This series is one of those. I have tremendous admiration for the investigators and journalists dedicated to finding the truth behind the murders of the women of Juarez.

This is a must listen. I am in awe of the bravery and strength of the women that this show features. It is truly heart breaking, but I am so glad that these journalists are calling attention to the femicide that is occurring in Juarez. Very important podcast, I strongly recommend listening.
