Close to home
I don’t listen to podcast often however this one hit close to home. The story has intrigued me to say the least, due to the not just the nature but the corruption. Which was nothing new to my small town. I’m from Hazlehurst and was a Sophomore in the same high school when this took place. It definitely shook my whole little town at the time. This is definitely an eye opener.

This is one cold case that seems solvable! Show is well reported, storyline is thorough without getting too far into the weeds and the heartfelt family interviews have you rooting for justice.

The music is distracting because it is disgustingly saccharine. The writing seems to be almost all clichés. Really. I have tried to get into it a few times but I just can’t get past these things.

Love the podcast, but don’t like being tricked after a couple episodes. I’d give zero stars if I could, and I will never subscribe now. Please put the subscription up front, then maybe you can have my money.
