Not factual, unnecessarily overdramatized, meh at best
The story is interesting. The interviews are great. Narration and narrator though is dramatic. It’s off putting how he interjects between interviews and the drama of the stray telling (which is plenty dramatic on its own) with his own narrative, opinion and conclusions— which btw, are not even grounded on facts. I will not be finishing this over dramatized series and I do not recommend this to anyone looking for a hardy, fact based, retelling of a true crime story. There are better ones out there.

I don’t even care that the last few episodes are subscription. I would’ve been happy to pay. The problem is that for such a horrific, tragic, sad story, the host narrates as if he’s reading a happy go lucky episode of the Reading Rainbow or a fast food commercial. Enjoyed the podcast but wished for better back ground music. Felt at times it was extremely disjointed from the emotional appeals.
