Not factual, unnecessarily overdramatized, meh at best
The story is interesting. The interviews are great. Narration and narrator though is dramatic. It’s off putting how he interjects between interviews and the drama of the stray telling (which is plenty dramatic on its own) with his own narrative, opinion and conclusions— which btw, are not even grounded on facts. I will not be finishing this over dramatized series and I do not recommend this to anyone looking for a hardy, fact based, retelling of a true crime story. There are better ones out there.

I LOVED “In the Red Clay” and I didn’t think you could create something equally addicting, but you most certainly have. Your podcast style is excellent and both are two of my favorites. My heart goes out to the family after all of these years 💙

People complaining about paying to listen to something these people worked to produce are simpletons. Nothing worth having is free. If you really want to help pay the darn fee and listen.
