“I’m a 41 year old female super fan of this show! It’s in secret, because if my wife often asks ‘what are you listening to?’ , I’m likely to reply ‘just a Premier League podcast’. She hates me playing fantasy football. I’m football obsessed, she couldn’t care less! I’ve listened now for two years. I rarely copy Az and Mark in their transfers or captaincy decisions. I guess I think I want to make my own way, although usually, both chaps beat me hands down by the end of the season. The ‘why’ to my listening is bullet pointed below: • Two genuinely lovely chaps • People who (like me), don’t support a ‘glory team’ but instead their own side. Me - Leicester. Mark- Forest. Az- Brighton. Honestly, it’s just refreshing when someone doesn’t support one of the ‘big six’ •Good data and stats analysis that I never have time to do • Weekly reminder that if there’s a pod, I know I need to sort my team • Regular great guest contributors who offer insight and added value to an already great show • Just really strong football knowledge from both Mark & Az all round. I LOVE listening to them talk about football.”
