The perfect Ulysses companion
The most detailed guide to Ulysses that I've come across so far. Every obscure reference, whether historical, literary or personal to Joyce, is dealt with and explained in an easy to understand way. Listening to these short episodes really uncovers the brilliance of the book and of the mind of its author. To anybody who has previously been daunted by this masterpiece, I say download this podcast and read the book along with it as it helps familiarise you with the writing style and just makes it all seem clearer. Frank Delaney does a fantastic job and I will be listening to these episodes for years to come!
