Can art and the artist’s politics be separated? The interrogation of the innovative female film maker and Nazi propagandist, Leni Reifenstall, explores one of the most divisive artists of all time. Triumph of the Will is a new play by Ryan Cowling made as part of the Essex Book Festival’s Making Waves project. Performed by Tim Freeman, Simon Kirk, Jo Palmer-Tweed and Natalie Songer Directed by Dan Sherer This play has been produced by Frequency Theatre in partnership with the Essex Book Festival as part of the ‘Making Waves’ project.
