Physical Media is Dead, Theaters Are Dying & Streaming is Failing
Listen now
Description
Today we are talking about Best Buy stopping the sale of Blu-Rays, the fact that streaming services are failing, and that theaters are dying. Hollywood is BURNING and nobody seems to care except the people that still see film as an artform. Collectors of physical media are becoming obsolete, and going to the theater seems to be something of the past. The younger generations don't seem to care about "long form content" and only stare at their phones, while older people seem to be pursuing film as an experience less and less these days.
